About the sessions
30 or 45 minute group sessions that combine guided breathing, light movement, eye contact and gradual, intentional laughing exercises.
Designed for you
Team meetings, friend nights, couples nights, bachelorette parties, birthdays, family get togethers - whatever the occasion, I tailor each session specifically for you, in your space!
Research-backed
Grounded in science, laughter workshops are not about jokes, comedy, or forcing anything artificial. You don’t need to be in the mood. You don’t even need to want to laugh. You get the benefits either way, whether you laugh intentionally (forced), or spontaneously (naturally).
Just 30 minutes of laughter helps to regulate the nervous system, reduce cortisol (stress hormones), increase oxygen which boosts energy, mood, creativity, productivity and connection with others.
Benefits
Sounds awkward?
It is. At first.
Trying anything new does.
We’re not used to laughing without a joke.
That doesn’t mean it’s unnatural.
It just means it’s unfamiliar.
That’s why we do it together.
In a group, something shifts.
Eye contact creates connection.
Shared laughter activates the nervous system.
The awkwardness softens faster than you expect.
You don’t need to be funny.
You don’t need to “be good” at it.
You just need to show up.
Your body will do the rest.

About Abi
Me in a nutshell: Born in Manchester, UK. Made aliyah in 2010. Worked in hitech for over 12 years, managing teams in content and marketing. Burnout survivor. Mum to 2 gorgeous kids, a dog and a rabbit.
I spent over 12 years in high-tech, leading content and marketing teams. Fast, high-pressure, demanding work. Stress was normal. Pushing through was normal. 2021, I lost my dad, I was trying to survive toddlers after COVID lockdown, manage a team, build a brand, and keep myself together. Burnout hit me hard. I didn’t even recognize it at first. It took me 2 years! Before that, I just kept going, like we all do. A couple years later, after the war had been going for a while, I stumbled into laughter workshops At first, it was just for fun. But I realized it was exactly what I’d been looking for: a way to pause, release, and reconnect with myself and I felt this pull that I can use this to help people like me. Since then, I’ve worked with corporate teams, parents, families, friends, and neurodiverse children. Groups of people laughing together. Intentionally. It’s simple, but powerful. Laughter doesn’t just make you feel lighter-it helps people reconnect with each other, even for a short moment. I’ve lived enough life to know that everyone carries something. Grief, anxiety, burnout, parenting chaos, work pressure, war. Because of that, I can meet people where they are and guide them safely and empathetically. No forcing, no pressure. Just space to breathe, laugh, and feel human again. I do this work because I know what it’s like to be running on empty, and because I know how important it is to pause before it’s too late. Life is short. Let’s grab these moments while we can.
