Booking policy
I’m committed to creating meaningful, high-quality experiences that help people feel lighter, more connected, and more present. To ensure everything runs smoothly, here are a few simple guidelines.
Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed once the session details have been agreed and a confirmation email or invoice has been issued.
Payment terms
Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Cancellations & rescheduling
I understand that schedules can change.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the session are non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests within 7 days will be accommodated where possible, depending on availability.
Refund policy
Once a booking is confirmed, payments are non-refundable. If needed, sessions can be rescheduled according to the cancellation policy above. Payments made can also be applied to a future session.
Session environment
Please ensure the space and participants are ready at the agreed time so we can make the most of the experience together.
Exceptional circumstances
In the event of circumstances beyond our control — including security situations, war, government restrictions, or other emergencies — sessions may be rescheduled without penalty.
The safety and wellbeing of everyone involved is always the top priority. Any payments made will be honoured and applied to a future session.

Each session is designed and facilitated with care, professionalism, and full presence. My intention is for every participant to leave feeling lighter, more open, and more connected — both to themselves and to those around them.
